Time For a Game?

So have you ever thought what else can i do to help out my rugby skills? it turns out that slowing down and playing a game of chess can do just the trick. Obviously chess is a game of strategy so sharpening those skills will never hurt on a rugby field but you will also learn problem solving skills and spatial reasoning which is a skill that helps you not only on the rugby pitch but is a skill sort after by employers in their employees.

So the next time you have some time on your hands you may want to consider trying a new game to pass your time, it might not only improve your rugby game but your long term employ-ability.
